Serotin Syndrome And Severe Headache

Serotin syndrome and severe headache share an undeniable intimate relationship.

Serotin is better known as 5-hydroxyrtryptamine. 5HT is essentially present in all animals, plants, fruits and nuts.

The main source of serotin formation is the amino acid content present within the body.
Tryptophan is the other name for amino acid. Once the serotin is given of by the serotinergic neurons, it starts behaving like a neurotransmitter getting connected with several serotin receptors.

Invigoration of these serotin receptors may lead to multiple clinical effects.

When talking about serotin syndrome and severe headache, we often come across the fact that several enzymes such as monoamine oxidase and aldehyde dehydrogenase can at times metabolize and inactivate the serotin content present within human body.

Because of this deficiency, an individual may suffer from acute depression, migraine headaches, sleep disorders, bulimia and premenstrual syndrome.

Serotin syndrome and severe headache is mainly caused when an extra percentage of serotin gets accumulated in the brain.

The primary effect of serotin syndrome generally begins with severe pain in the head followed by dizziness, euphoria, imbalance movements of the fore limbs and the hind limbs, hyperrefexia and vomiting.

However, situation may even more deteriorate leading to unfortunate cases of mortality.

The prescribed medication for severe headache and serotin syndrome include Prozac, Luvox and Paxil, which are generally recommended for patients suffering from psychological disorders.

Due to this reason, people usually refer serotin syndrome as a form of mental disorder.

However, there are concrete reasons for people having such faulty perceptions. Deficiency of serotin syndrome causes such severe cases of headaches and head pains that may even lead to the extent of committing suicide.

Patients of serotin syndrome act sadistically leading to several harmful activities and destruction.

Serotin syndrome and severe headache has adverse effect on three major nervous systems:

  • In case of autonomic nervous system, serotin syndrome causes extreme headache, followed by enhanced body temperature, perspiration, hypertension, increased heart rate, nausea and diarrhea.

  • The effect of serotin syndrome on somatic nervous system causes muscle twitching, alternating contraction and relaxation, hyperreflexia, rigidity, tremor, cognitive functioning of the brain, puzzlement, nervousness, coma and extreme headache.

  • However, serotin syndrome and severe headache is also caused due to the interaction of serotinergic drugs.

An excessive consumption of MAOIs and SSRIs in addition with a combination of SSRIs and DXM leads to serious cases of serotin syndrome and horrendous head pain.

The causes of serotin syndrome and severe headache may be multiple but the effect is undoubtedly unbearable.
