Migraine or what?

I'm a teacher in the secendary school, i have an headache for a few months on the right part. i don't know what did it happen. i go to see doctor, he told me that i lack magnesium in the blood and he gave me alot of magnesium tablets to take , after a month i still have headache again. now i don't know it is a migraine or what another? can you give me more answer
