Migraine Food Triggers


Migraine food triggers are those food items that cause or intensify migraine attack resulting in throbbing and excruciating pain.

Migraine is a complex neurological condition which affects a vast section of people.

However, food triggers are not the sole cause responsible for traumatic experience.

  • Burning sensation in the chest, neck or shoulder area.

  • Abdominal problem
