Hot Peppers Helped My Cluster Headaches

My brother has been bugging me for a long time to try this capsaicin nasal spray Sinus Buster. He suffered from headaches for many years just I have. I think it may be hereditary.

I'm tired of suffering and my brother swears by sinus buster, but I'm hesitant to try it. I was wondering if any other headache sufferers out there have tried sinus buster? I want to try it, but I'm also tired of trying remedies that end up disappointing me. Does hot pepper nasal spray work for headaches or not?
