My husband uses Sinus Buster religiously. A co-worker of his let him try some while he was having an "attack" at work. After that he was hooked and now we have a bunch of half used bottles stashed all over the house. He said you get used to the kick from the hot pepper after a while too. Im still a little nervous to try it myself but I don't get the kind of headaches my husband does. I say try it its only like 15 dollars, so if it doesnt work for you then you didn't lose out too much. Hope this helps!
