Horrible migraine like headaches

I had horrible migraine like headaches for almost two years. Tried every single one prescription and OTC medicine achievable.

The only thing that helped me was to fill a bucket with cold water and freeze my head. At last insurance agreed to pay for an MRI of my brain.

Surprisingly, a sinus infection showed up. I had no symptoms of sinus infection. Outpatient surgery was done (through my nose). I have not had a headache since.
