It is important to determine if your weather related migraine stem from a particular type of weather or from a change in weather. Keeping a simple diary of the onset of your pains can help to determine this.
Once you have this information, you can ensure that you take your medication at the appropriate times in order to keep migraines at bay – even if it means keeping an eye on the weather reports each day.
