head twitching body shakes

i am now suffering from head twitching body shakes complete body shaking every 7 seconds for 4 hours four days a week. for eleven weeks. unable to have a life.
drs treatment is anti depression tablets not working.

can any one help me. no food allergies so far. 2years ago i had the complicated headaches. treated for epilepsy. wrong diagnoses
