When the affected area is pressed it produces a sort of bruising sensation that continues up to the left side of the top of the head. At times, the pain seems to affect the eye sockets.

During an instance of constant headache base skull there is a pain along the meridian line. This indicates a condition of herbal jargon or stagnation of vital energy. The place where this meridian comes to an end is virtually the back of the eye.

Thus, when there is energy stagnation within the meridian the condition can be aggravated due to the contribution of the energy of the bright light resulting in an overloading of the stagnation further made worse by an unbearable pain in the head.

Once this energy is released from its point of stagnation, the constant headache base skull is relieved. For this you first have to look for the pressure point at the base of the skull.

Once you are able to locate it is time for you to press the point. As you press the point, energy is released and the pain either lessens or it is completely eliminated.

Treatment of constant headache base skull
Acupuncture is one sort of treatment known to have shown promising results in case of such headache conditions. However, after studying an acupuncture chart you can refer the pain at the base of the skull as “gallbladder meridian”.

Aspirin is known to provide relief to the condition but it is just a temporary release. Three Excedrin with either food or drink can also relieve you from the condition.

However, it is essential for you to know that Excedrin should never be taken when you have an empty stomach. Eat your meal, have Excedrin and go off to bed.

When you wake it is a fresh morning with no pain and discomfort. At length, you feel free to rid yourself from constant headache base skull.
