I chronic daily headaches 24/7, I maybe get about 4 to 5 hours a sleep anight. They started abouted 7 yrs ago when I got pregrant with my son and got worse since. I've always had migraines since I was a kid now I will get one that will last 2 to 3 days. I've been to 4 neuros cleveland clinic. I've had even botox done 20 shots between my head and neck didnot help take 15 different meds a day. I know how you feel.

I have walked in your shoes for many years, most consistently for five years. My migraines, with aura, last on average 28 days a month, are not connected to any allergy, food, liquid, or other. I have been on as many meds and am now on Verapamil for the second time - not hopeful. I am on my second cardiologist to see if I can get my PFO closed; according to him it's not significant enough and the research is not conclusive. I have resorted to becoming my own medical advocate, which is what brought me to Jan Heering's work. Consider all options and DO NOT give up!
